Six years ago today, the media falsely accused catholic teenagers of racism, disrespect, and intolerance, despite an abundance of publicly available videos proving the contrary.
Brilliant! Although I was fairly well informed about this event through alternative media, I learned so much new information in this video. I hope Real Clear Politics picks this up!! Thank you, Matt.
Yet CNN, Bill Maher and Joy Reid (and all the others in the clips) learned nothing from it and made no apology or correction to the smear. No acknowledgement these were boys waiting for their school bus and the Native American fraudster had fooled them all. Of course no one trusts them anymore.
I remember all the insane lefty takes on that incident but my favorite went as follows: Even though the Native American guy basically started it, the Covington kids were still in the wrong because any time a Native American person is on the National Mall, all white people should immediately leave because they're on stolen land.
Saddest part of all this, along with all similar 'stories' (Rittenhouse, Mike Brown, Trayvon, Smollett, Duke LaCrosse, Mattress Girl, etc)....they all seem so long ago. The public interest lasts about a millisecond...
And just yesterday a jury in Florida found CNN liable for defaming a U.S. Navy veteran in a segment on the Afghanistan evacuations. They awarded him $5 mil in compensatory damages, and then settled the case as the punitive damages were being considered.

Thanks for giving us the real story.

Thank you Orf for all you do!

When even Democracy Now only shows one side, you see which way the wind blows.
Next lawsuit should include on air apologies by the perpetrators. I’d like to see a national mash up of the echo chamber crew saying “I’m sorry.”
CNN cannot get a grip. And this Navy Veteran is completely charitable about the break up.
