The machine is fully fueled, armed, and mobilized. My favorite current saying in the lexicon is “the right side of history”-I don’t think that will turn out the way they think it will.

My husband is an historian, and that phrase makes him want to chew glass.

In the 1970s there was much debate about what possible similarity to Orwell might exist when we reached 1984... When 1984 year arrived it was largely laughed off as dystopian impossibility. Big Brother dreams for an alphabet soup of NatSec agents & contractors became reality.. decades of whistleblowers Binney -Drake - Snowden et al yet here we are w corp overlords policing thoughts!

Bravo Matt -- and another example of fast censorship:

The Interview that got Judge Napolitano Banned from YouTube.

Once Determined that this is NATO’s Terrorist Operation, no prisoners will be taken.

So scary that they actually support this censorship. Thanks for reporting this. I am so grateful for Substack writers and contributors. There are so many intelligent commenters and it gives me some hope for our future, although it’s becoming tougher to be optimistic.

Perhaps it’s just me, but I feel like the only way to get any attention on Substack is to be light and breezy while we watch the world go down the toilet. Don’t be bitter, honest and truthful or you’re shuffled to the back of the line.

That’s beyond fucked up. I wonder if your name is on some sort of a list that puts you in their crosshairs or it was purely the content of the review itself. Very disturbing and sickening either way, though

Before we trashed our Alexa, I once told it that JB was a f-g a-hole and for three days was unable to log in to my account. 🤩

Duh. You’re not supposed to review books you actually read. You’re supposed to review books you’ve never read -- same for products; you only review products you’ve never used. And be glad you all you got was a warning and a deleted review. You could’ve ended up being deported to an Amazon Farm where they use you as slave labor to murder innocent little rabbits (because Jeff Bezos can only survive by eating massive heaps of raw, bloody, innocent dead rabbit).

Let’s test it. Copy paste and substitute “Democrat” with “Republican” and see if it gets autobotted.
