Yes the WHO did not technically 'lie', they just misdirected. And thanks to all the drama very few people picked up on the misdirection at the time. I remember journalist Benn Swann picked up on it, to his credit.
The WHO's 3.4% rate for 'covid' is the same as for the flu when you measure the flu in the same way. The flu disappeared in 2020. Covid was just a rebranding of the flu, and it was made to feel more deadly by using this non standard way of calculating the fatality rate.
The mainstream media provided cover for the misdirection with their 24/7 hysterical fear mongering. The cherry on the cake was Trump telling everyone it was just the flu.... which of course, made everyone scoff at the idea and align themselves with the media's deadly plague narrative. That was a masterful use of reverse psychology.
